How are oh ri jin and cha do hyun together when they have same father? aren't they foster siblings?
Oh ri jin's mom had had her with her first love in U.S. after first separating from cha do hyun's dad. Do hyun's grand dad brought her back asking her to pretend the daughter was do hyun's dad too.
Rewatching this drama.. Ji Sung was great in it and Hwang Jeung um. The downside was her constant screaming and shrill loud voice had to mute most of her speaking parts. Either her acting acting style or the director made her do that but that was a BAD call. I feel bad for people who didn't have subtitles had to endure all that lol. Anyway they all did a great job though! And Yo Na was hilarious! OPPAAA! LoL. It was sad when the personalities left too I think those parts catapulted the drama to grab the awards.
I think the drama could've slightly been better if they'd cast a better actress than Ha Ji Min.
Not sure if it's too much botox that her face cannot portray emotions or just zero acting skills sorry to say. The rest of the female cast was good. Han Sang Jin's character was beyond irritating he was more of a cartoonish villan just needed a maniacal chuckle while rubbing his hands to complete the look lol. Most people who endured this drama to the end guess Hyun Bin kept them there. Hope he chooses next drama wisely!
Re watched this drama.. have seen a few of Ha Ji Min's and sorry to say this is only one she seems to come alive as an actress she's good. No idea why she seemed apathetic in her other roles it's been depressing bt will keep exploring. All other actors and actresses did so well too.. very well done drama!
Corny as hell bt giving it a chance.. last Lee Min Ho drama before military and lead actress seems good enough as actress despite script. She's not your usual annoying lead and he and the rest of the cast seem to be doing a good job despite how the ridiculous the series is written. Usually don't have patience for this type of stuff but seems this will make an interesting watch!
Her daughter happily ruining her chance at happiness with false optimism.. just save both yourselves lifetimes…
Anyway.. this is a classic example in life of what keeping quiet about things does to people. Her daughter knows her mother is a bad marriage everyone is afraid of the husband. She's a kid.. cant blame her for hoping.
Her daughter happily ruining her chance at happiness with false optimism.. just save both yourselves lifetimes of unhappiness by telling her how things really are! She looks a little mature would at least understand a little. Anyway inexplicably one episode left. There were far far worse dramas that went to the end lately. Never trust standards in dramaland.
I think most people were waiting to an ending similar to the Chinese version or whatever they had on their minds. This ending suits this drama, not everything has to fit everyone's expectations otherwise it would be boring. It's drama land after all people..
I think everyone in this production did a good job they gave it a pretty decent try.
Give credit where it's due no strings :)
Lovely drama so far.. Kim Ha Neul is good in this. Glad they're moving away from a serious affair between the two, rather just letting them find their way to each other eventually.
I saw Lee Sang Yoon in another drama didn't realize he had such cute dimples! :) Haven't really seen them here guess there hasn't been much cause for real smiles so far. Looking forward to continuing so far so good!
Awesome drama ended up eating up most of my spare time whyyyy! It was pretty addictive but that good though I am glad I came across it. It's so well written and riveting if you like dramas that are not ridiculous you'll love this one.
I didn't find anybody's storyline boring they were all relevant the drama wouldn't have been as good as it was if any had been missing. I liked the ending too leaves a little room to think a little more of what can happen next instead of an excessively unrealistic one which once again wouldn't have made the drama what it was.
The story concept was interesting but I just couldn't get past lee soo kyung's over dramatic type of acting. It was quite obnoxious as well the turtle faces she often made. I don't understand why they make female characters that are supposed to portray a no nonsense person act so bizarre.
Anyway.. all this may not bother some people I guess, in which case you may find the drama enjoyable.
This sort of story is SO overdone you can predict everything that'll happen every scene. The other drama showing now about drinking also with the main actor guy is just as bad. He seems to be getting the crappy scripts this year
Wonder why they had to re-do this when people seem to have moved on to making more interesting dramas.
I kinda understand Wook he's caught up between his love for Soo and protecting his family's name if his sister's actions were discovered the entire family and clan would be labeled traitors and all of them be killed.

It's a pity most people never get to meet theirs, if they happen to after marriage
it's perceived as something ugly instead.
Liking this drama so far anyway.. so heartwarming.
