Yeah, I prefer watching on Viki too because the live subs are kind of a headache for me.. The app is also only on mobile and it's annoying to use an emulator to be able to see it on a big screen. I've been watching the eliminations live though because there are spoilers everywhere 😭

I like to believe that most of them are doing their best, even though that's just me being optimistic. I haven't noticed any K trainees having weird Korean pronunciation, even the Japanese members (which makes sense since they signed up for the Korean show) I'm sure some trainees weren't giving it their all but the ones targeted by Mnet were definitely NOT the villains they were portrayed as :( And most of them do happen to be C (plus Sho who is also not Korean so..) Definitely a lot of bias from the editors

I'm glad you were able to realize this! Thank you for being so level headed. Mnet's evil editing has been ruining people's reputations for years now and it's very upsetting to see but I'm happy that fans are showing their love to him and he knows that he will always have supporters. C trainees weren't even there to debut in Korea so why are they being punished for the language barrier? It's so hard to have good team synergy when half of your teammates can't communicate with you. Zhongxing is a very hardworking and talented person, if he was as lazy as Mnet tries to make him out to be he wouldn't be pulling off these good performances! He always holds the lyrics sheet and his Korean pronunciation improved so much during Hot 뜨거. Also every eliminated trainee who has talked about him has only positive things to say!

im usually extremely lenient when it comes to series and im willing to watch something with bad writing or low production as long as it has the right feeling (plus i love slowburn) but this was outrageous.. sure, people like theo exist in real life but i wish akk wouldnt just blindly follow him to france when theo is the one who didnt put enough effort into the relationship.. i absolutely loved the first 8 episodes but my rating on this is going to take a massive hit because of the 180 they decided to take at the end. seriously, if you dont want to deal with unnecessary (and badly written) angst and want to avoid the frustration of the whole series being destroyed within an episode, you should stop watching after the scene in episode 9 where theo tells akk that the love between his parents inspires him

i agree its interesting to have someone like yuri in the show, but i dont think it was that well executed, felt rather weak in my opinion
