Not true at all. Dong Zhi and Qing An do not have the same father or mother. She’s is Li Qian’s half sister and he is likely half sibs with QA but DZ and Qa are not blood related at all.

I feel so so sorry for KSH. Dispatch and all these damn gossip sites please just leave him alone now. That have drained the poor guy. Nothing is private and it’s so scary how she recorded everything. It’s because their show is still on air. I think 2D1N is getting the short end of the stick because as far as I can tell they have done well with the way they have edited him. He could be completely cut out but he is not. They are very close and I am sure they have reached out to him privately. KSH is well aware that there are 120 people on the show so he is certainly not about to affect their livelihood. Don’t be sad. He’ll be back and be even better!!
