I think the man w/ the scar is Li Zi Wei. This is my theory from watching the trailer. When Huang Yu Xuan traveled back to try to save Chen Yun Ru, she told him about coming from the future & that if she is gone, it's not the end of them but the beginning. Therefore, he's been watching her.... the person that killed Chen Yun Ru looks like he may be a student. The doctor she'll see may know or have something to do with it.
