That's the thing. Yong Shik's mom feels guilty & understands what Dong Baek goes through bc she too was a single mom. Dong Baek's made it on her own w/ nobody to help her. She's no better that those neighbors who was putting Dong Baek down. Also, she knows how duh duh her son can be. You don't see anybody else interested in him. Just like dododdan commented ^^^, she's no different than those rich & evil moms u usually see

Yes, the guy w/ the cat food is Heung Shik, the maintenance man. We don't know who's house she went to as they never showed his face. The dress they showed was Dong Baek's mom walking into the room. Heung Shik's sister is the bitch that was always trying to start something w/ Dong Baek. I don't think Noh Kyu Tae is the killer. He's prob the only customer that she doesn't give peanuts to for free
