Not difficult. You just need to pick a service and pay the fee. I use NordVPN. Then you can tell your device such as computer phone or iPad what country you want to be "located" in. You can do it for however long you want.

Also, sometimes if you have a VPN the same site you paid for like viki or Netflix will have the dramas you want if you are set to a different country.

I know. I'm still waiting for it to be done. Ugh....
