Since GMM doesn't have the habit of updating their X/IG series pages for each Q, we just follow the food support, which actors are receiving from the fans. If there's no major event, then we'll assume they're filming. Official FCs update on the food support regularly and also actors share these on their social media, so you can count the actual Qs.
Normally, it will take around 3-4 Qs per episode but that really depends on the plot, setting, CGI, etc. "Early morning" could be as early as 6-7am, again depending on what the scenes demand, for example mostly night scenes. I hope this helps.
