My rant was about the English translation. I do have high respect for any language, that's why I said that I know how it's spoken in Thai. I'm not even a native English-speaker if this helps but my language also has personal pronouns, and to me it sounds more like a baby language when someone speaks in 3rd person (talking about the English translation not the original). But I guess, it's a personal preference.

Oh, ok. We got something similar - non-taxed food vouchers that you can only use on groceries but it's a monthly thing. It's a way for the companies to give money that are not taxed by the government because let's be real everybody buys food.

For crying out loud, stop with the 3rd person speaking subtitles! We know how it's spoken in Thai but if you're going to do English subtitles, please keep it to first person! It's driving me crazy when a person is talking about themselves in third person...
