As far as I've seen in the series, the long hair guy is his step dad that adopted him at young age but by screwing Babe's real father. So now Babe hates him in his guts as he's trying to sabotage Babe's team. They've taken Pete on board, who's the Babe's adoptive father rival to sponsor the team.

There are a lot of characters in the series but in brief: Babe and Charlie are the main couple. There's an omegaverse thingy in the series, where both leads are alphas. Babe is taking a like at Charlie because he doesn't have the typical sense (whatever that means). Babe is a race driver, Charlie is still a side kick. We have the owner of racing team, taking a liking of the new engineer trainee, who's somehow involved with Charlie, they're somehow involved. Last but not least, we have Way, who's in love with Babe since their back days and is trying to to break Charlie and Babe up. Anything else would be huge spoilers. 😁

I like the new take not to wait until the 7 ep for the MLs to fall in love. Babe was super jealous and angry this episode, which makes him very fond of Charlie. Also, I don't think that the series is revolving around their romance, it feels like a side story.

Ah, yes! Pavel and Bright...and I'm still upset that they won't put the special episode of I feel you linger in the air online. It will only be screened at that mall in Bangkok.
