So this week instead of a roller coaster ride, we got the ferries wheel, which I think was great before the next madness unfolds, looking at the ep.5 preview. Apart from the opening scene that stole my heart, the confirmation that Top stole Sand's ex and the undeniable chemistry between FirstKhao (indirectly telling him to let go of the past - referring to mom's music and try some new one), can we talk about Mark's incredible acting in the scene with Force? Just a few simple lines but man, the facial expressions got me hooked, I loved every second of it.
It's a pure pleasure watching the actors grow with every episode, obviously this series got everyone out of their comfort zone and we're here to enjoy it. One thing I really hope for is to see a development of Mew's character. In the scene with Top, he gave me the psycho in the making vibe with that look and I cannot be convinced that he'll be the cute and fluffy one.
I don't get why you think there shouldn't be high expectations for a BL. It's still actors & directors & scripts…
Yes, I gave it a 10 and it's still one of my favorite shows. But you won't find We best love: Fighting Mr. 2 on my list as I started using MDL way after I watched it. I would have given it 100, if possible. so yes, it's subjective. But I really don't understand the harsh critiques sometimes. Anyway, I'm not here for an argument.
It was a cute episode, I liked it. Sometimes I don't get people's high expectations for BLs, it's not like they're going to the Cannes Film Festival with it(even though it's been pretty controversial in the past years).
I agree, for me, he's an amazing actor in the making.I think it's a rare but actors growing on me is something I really enjoy these days. I hope, and I think that he will grow tremendously.
His acting is crawling on me steadily. I admire actors that have facial expressions and Krist threw me in the back seat this episode. I love when a look says a thousand words.
Perhaps Top and Sand were exclusive at one point and then of course Top screwed him over (both figuratively and…
Top screwed Sand's ex, that's why he was looking for a new roommate and didn't want to go for a second round with Ray. And that line in the next ep preview "You cannot keep what's yours..." whatever, I don't think it's about Ray but Sand's ex.
"I don't want to love you anymore" Irin and Hack broke my heart! I needed like 10 episodes to get rid of Krist's previous roles in my mind and realize that he's just a great actor. And who doesn't love Lookjun? So we're looking forward to these Louboutin's, right?
