once the commander died the war is over and he won and he know that that why he was lookin up at the sky at peace and in the end he came back to her at the end while she was waiting for him at the tree ; she run out in the morning in her red dress because she know its the day tat he he promise to come back! and the fl/ml both states in the interview its a HE and to confirm they did an epilogue of their married life :)

thank god she only 16 in drama so she be in her early 20 when she reunite with her husband!
