actually i dnt mind if they show the homophobia, its the way they handled it as a joke atleast in the beginning of the series...i hope towards the end with ton's chatacter development they will take it more seriously, and atleast show the struggles of chon and AiNi in a more realistic and sensitive way

ton is gettin on my nerves arghhh...does chon and his friends care that much abt him to hide who they are? i get it irl its not easy coming out, but there should be a limit to how far his friends can tolerate his ignorance. its not funny at all. this is my main criticism of the show

the male lead character is also well balanced, without makin him too arrogant or an ashole

am half way thru, and this drama really gets better, there's alot of good suprises. i was worried abt it being cliche or the female lead being air head and annoying like itazura na kiss but i was pleasantly suprised.

interesting...wont be surprised if thats the case. i dont get why other phillipino bl series like my day are dismissed and only/mostly gsp is recommended. i personally loved gameboys more than it.

dont mind the haters..this series is a fun, enjoyable watch and it gets better as the story progresses. great chemistry and performances from the leads, towards the end i fell for Sky's character, he is such a softie.

i really enjoyed this drama, imo it deserves higher rating. the story, complex characters in high school setting was a pleasant suprise, never a boring moment. i enjoyed the actors performances..will be lookin out for their future works. i will be rewatching this drama in the near future highly recommended.

i will try to read the book when i have time, just to get the taste of how amazing the story is and what the series could have been. i remember last yr alot of ppl were looking forward to it and talkin abt how great and different the story is...the review of the story is what got me interested in the series in the first place, so i guess i will give it a try

i desperately want to finish this show, but its not happening. whenever i start i get bored and drop it. its just lacking, the storyline is slow and not gripping, the chemistry between the leads is just meh. the director didnt bring this story to life, it seems its easier to get into it for ppl that have read the book. and now after being disappointed in the series i dont think i can read the book. oh well

i dont think we can really blame the director...he did what he could with resources given to him. after all its mame who hired him, obviously knowing he is not skilled enough to bring what ptee brought to the table. she probably thought she got the hang of it when she parted ways with ptee. imo shes the one who compromised the creative growth of her series

i see. well it cant be helped at this point, am sure shes aware of this risk of not living up to fan's expectations...but she still made her decision. business wise, she made a good choice but creative wise i dont think so.
