this is my first baseball game ever (albeit not an actual pro league). i found this show very fun
i struggled a little bit in the first half of the first episode since i'm not familiar with baseball rules, positions, terms, and such so i had to open-reopen the MLB glossary to understand the game. towards 2nd episode, i could already understand their "language" and only opened the MLB glossary once or twice. not so hard to understand when you watch the game and read simultaneously
Habin got overlooked a lot, it's already day 4 (?) but he hasn't gone to paradise yet. He does seem uninterested in the women though. So far, the only moment that he got is the 5 candies lol
Really?! I came across a casting news of Seo Yi-sook as Jo Maria on Twitter, then i found on Naver that the shooting…
I'm not sure either, but i think it's going to be released into 3 parts and each part has 10 episodes, so... 30 episodes in total? Still debatable though, but it's possible that the drama will have that many episode since it's a historical piece. About KKW, there are no updated news about his casting, so I assume he's still in this project. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Can you tell me how he travelled to the past / another world - thanks...
Similar, but instead of *actually* traveling through time like in A Time Called You, Life on Mars' "time travel" is all happening in ML's subconscious mind as he is in a coma.
It was told that production would begin in October 2018, and production costs of 40 billion won would be invested.…
Really?! I came across a casting news of Seo Yi-sook as Jo Maria on Twitter, then i found on Naver that the shooting will start in February 2024 and broadcasted in 2025 (article link: https://sports.donga.com/article/all/20231221/122721792/1 in case you want to read)
Kim Hye-soo casting news was announced in June, and Jung Sung-il casting news was announced in November. Reportedly filming in 2nd half of 2023, but no information for the airing date yet
This drama felt like they "danced" on a thin line between historical fact and fiction, as if the plot is an alternate ending to the actual history; they managed to make this historical in a way that does not distort history and still funny & emotional
