Totally agree!!! I literally skipped the 2nd and 3rd cp scenes and watch just the heart warming 3ppl family haha.
Yeah this plot is definitely more interesting than the contract marriage to get the wedding dress in OWGM lol. Totally agree on the 3rd wheeler point. I hope there is no Ran Xi Wei (or equivalent male) character in this drama. We only need the heart warming part of ML FL and Quan Quan!

I was waiting for TTEOTM because I'm a big fan of LIS (and so LYX-BL CP from there) but tbh LIS has much more chemistry and charm of the characters. I'm disappointed in this one. Maybe it's because of the nature of the story line from the original novels, if you expect exploding chemistry like LIS, I doubt it'll be there in the first half of TTEOTM. I didn't read the novel so don't know what to expect later. The second CP (XL-YBC) has no chemistry whatsoever and I have no idea how they become the "second CP". Again, I only watched it for LYX-BL CP and it wasn't worth it for the first 10 eps. Dropped. :( Better go back to LIS.

OHHH YESSS THE MAKEUP OF LYX!! This is too noticeable since the ep1 and continued to be like that for every ep. Did they short on make up staff or something??
Could anyone explain to me the "arc" thing? In the comment section people were talking about a few main arcs in the novel. How many are they and how they divide the story? Thanks!
I think this drama is not worth watching if not for the character Qi Shuo (thanks to Liu Yi Tong). The time travel plot is interesting but the FL-ML falling in love plot is very typical high school romance. FL character was not reasonable. How come she didn't have a slight clue her son was not Lu Xiao's?
