Finale: At the opening, I thought KMR is finally smiling and not tearing? XD The first 3/4 I'm like tearing away and last 1/4 I'm like smiling away, love the ending! <3 KMR and SEG are so cute together! XD Great that Ma Roo is back to being a doctor... I will miss Song Joong Ki again... ;P

I really like the sweet couple Kang Choco and Jae Gil-oppa too <3

I think we can finally be sure about it now that in ep 41, the nurse said that Yi Kyung's mother gave birth to twins and one is missing... XD
