Loved, loved, loved the episode. This series keeps getting better and better. Don't sleepon Tankul. He may seem out there, but don't mistake his absurdity with stupidity. He is very much aware as to who is who as evident to his statement to Kim. Also, the way he looked at him tells me he is aware of everybody's trait. I would not be surprised if we later see him step up and do something so instrumental that makes us all look at him in a different light.
As for Vegas, I am not sure if he is starting to care (as written in the book) or putting on a performance (as per the ending of episode 4). If he is starting to develop feelings for Porsche, I would not describe it as him liking Porsche, more like him becoming obsessed with him. Big difference--one makes demands and generates an idea of ownership while the other allows for a relationship to germinate naturally and honestly.
Now for Porsche. Not sure if in the series that would be his first male lover but Kinn surely made an impact on the man because of the emotional connection. As much as he tries to hide it, Porsche is a very sensitive person who covers up what he feels deep down by acting cool and nonchalant. He is the guy everyone wants to be their friend because he is so chill but, in his quiet moments, he is troubled by the loss of his parents, the responsibilities thrust upon him, and now this whole situation he finds himself in. I am sure he had dreams for himself that are now dashed, ideals that he wanted to strive for and a life that he wanted to live. Of note, he had many hookups but none had that emotional element that Kinn provided. I wonder why he let Kinn of all people in? Was it only because of the attraction, the game they played with each other in the beginning or something else?
Kinn has developed very strong feelings for Porsche. It is obvious to anyone watching him that he is actually a very sensitive person. Yes, he can be cold and ruthless but he still has a kind heart. I could see him kicking someone's a#$ one minute and then passing a beggar on the street and giving him money for food. He is a complex character as are all the characters.
I wont delve too much into Kinn and Porsche's relationship as I am sure many of you have analyzed, scrutinized, examined and discussed it. Suffice it to say, like you all, I am invested.
The directors, editors and producers are doing an AMAZING job. The writers deserve an award. They kept the flavor and tenor of the book even while changing certain scenes.
Finally, I want to be SPRITE's friend. I love her!

OMG. Fantastic news. I have been telling my friends about the power of BL but they have not yet caught on. I am in the middle of writing my first BL novel and hearing news like this invigorates me.
How is it that KP is only rated 8.2? Are they watching the same MASTERPIECE that I am? It has been a very long time since I have enjoyed a show this much and I am in my 50's. Very few shows have caught and held my interest and enthusiasm such as this. Kudos to the writers, directors, actors, and everybody involved for bringing this triumph to fruition.
