I think the best character is still Qiaozhen. Not her ex-boyfriend Gao Jialin and his current girlfriend. Something always seems off about them as a couple. I almost wish they kept it like the book when it comes to them being together. I want Qiaozhen to have the best outcome out of all of them. She has suffered enough.No matter what Gao J does he can never repay her enough for all she has done for him and his family.

IT guy's name is Shi Shang Fei per the cast pics I think they should of switched the guys roles and made him the love interest instead.

I agree with you. Why can't she be able to replace her ex-husband with eye candy which is the total package?? I would rather her be with the IT guy that keeps asking her out. He is cuter and keeps trying to help her in different ways.

Correction now that they are showing the female lead even less than before l am becoming uninterested in the story. The male acted as if he did the right thing but he only told after the fact the female lead in the village becausse he was caught with his friend's girl friend.

The most interesting person is the female lead in the village. The male lead and female in the city are awful. I don't feel sorry for any of them. The more I watch the more I see the male lead is a user (no role model). He did not want the female lead to tell him about his mother being sick. He could care less how they were doing. He only wants what he feels he cannot obtain based on his status or else he would have not talked down to the female lead the way he did the more he got opportunities. No moral compass at all. I do like what his grandfather told him which basically the male lead dismissed because he felt his status was higher than theirs. I get angry/ disappointed watching him with each episode and now that they are showing the female lead even uninterested in the story. Male lead is no hero in my eyes. The female lead is so far.
