now this is how you do a good ending. I absolutely loved this show, the revenge was next level. I was so satisfied when everything went down. the villain was smart I will give him that but he was not smarter than everyone combined. we all should appreciate how amazing of an actor the father was, that man had me and the whole family manipulated 😭😭 everyone in this show was amazing! amazing cinematography too!!! I loved the leads romance, it was not the focus but I think it made it even better. those two loved each other since the beginning, I loved how they read each others minds. the little girl actress was so talented! also I’m very proud to say I never hated the concubine or her kids!!! like I said the whole family was being manipulated by the damn villain😭😭 the redemption arc was so amazing!!! now the ending… one of the best endings iv seen in a drama in a long time. if you are going to do a drama please either give me a happy ending or sad ending, I don’t want no open ending. that being said literally loved the ending and was very glad to see that everyone lived. I definitely recommend this!!! 10/10

they don’t officially become a couple in season 1 but in season 2 they will!!!! they still have so many cute moments though

I love romance too! I love the type of romance dramas that you can feel the leads love just by their looks! my favorite actor is Allen ren but that very reason! I don’t think kissing or making love need to be included in every drama, you can tell when a couple loves each other by their eyes and body language!

well the ML falls for her really quickly.. they officially get together and stay together at around ep 30-31! their first kiss is in between ep 28-30 but they are a married couple when the show starts so they have couple moments alot!

have you seen flourished peony?? it’s so amazing, it’s somewhat similar to the glory! some good dramas that came out in 2024 is

I love when both ML and FL understand each other but also have their own secrets. the ML is so amazing to me, I love complex characters and both the ML and FL give that. even the side characters and villains in this show give it. truly an amazing show! only on ep 11 but its insane how incredible this show is. revenge truly does not have a winner because at the end up the day the “winner” will also lose themselves along the way and people they love. the mother ate that up!!!

it starts to get better in my opinion on ep 13&14 there is a lot of unexpected plot twists! its definitely a unique drama in my opinion that has a lot of interesting plots! I think they confirmed it but im not too sure, I usually don’t invest in the actors or actresses personal life

one of my favorite dramas! if you love revenge then this is for you! has good romance in it too with amazing chemistry between everyone! I’m watching the glory right now and it kinda reminds me of the long ballad

1. they are basically together from the beginning but they actually get together and confess their love on ep 11 I think
2. there is miscommunication trope but it literally lasts for about 1 ep
3. nope there is no love triangle
4. sadly it’s not a happy ending but it’s also up to you to decide I guess
5. yes it has a lot of romance between three different couples!
6. really good kissing scenes!

it’s starts off slow but give it time and you will love this drama!!!

it’s one of my favorite dramas. it’s a really slow drama but has a lot of action/politics/business in it! at first I was bored too and the ML got on my last nerve but him and FL are one of the most entertaining couples iv ever seen and fit each other perfectly. if you are here for the romance then you should stay! their chemistry gets way better especially when they actually start to fall in love! and yes I think the main leads are still a couple!

any other shows like this? I have already watched the double and the story of kunning palace!

I also thought I was dislike the concubine that comes in at the end but I just feel pity for her… she is just a pawn and she knows the ML only loves the FL. I hope she ends up being independent too and getting away from that evil prince Ning.

one of the best Chinese dramas I have seen. such an amazing plot with amazing women!!! every character has a backstory and I love how it tells you their stories. the ML and FL have the best chemistry I have seen before. i love shows with strong independent females! I also love green flag male leads who support the FL in everything. this show was amazing and also will make you angry, sad, and happy. I definitely recommend. I can’t wait for season 2!!!!!

definitely wait I made the stupid mistake of starting it and I now have three eps left and regret it bc there’s no season 2 yet 😔
