This should be a happy ending but i think there will be a tear moments in remaining eps in novel shiyi got in coma and ZCS got shot in novel both of them is alive but in drama i dont know because i compare the trailer and the release ep most of the happy moments in trailer is show while the sad moments are still not. Zhou sheng chen character is just followed by the plot not the novel in the novel they are reincarnated and had a lot of skinship while the drama did not really follow the novel because of censorship that's why they make the character more realistic (i think in this drama shiyi just remember his past life that's why she goes to zcs). They started as strangers(in ZCS pov) while in shiyi she is her past life lover(shiyi pov) so after that ZCS proposed to shiyi to become his fiance (he doesn't interact with other people and shiyi has a crush to ZCS that's why he proposed) and shiyi agree. They didn't date and they just meet so ZCS didn't really expect that shiyi will accept his proposal. So they're relationship is yet to be developed.
