Good to know, actually I really like the concept of this show, I just thought it was originally korean for it to include romance lol but I guess romance is what drags people into watching, maybe I should give this a try :)

They are angry everytime a bl watcher have an opinon about their k-drama but when it comes to adopting kbl into series they're the only ones who has a say on it like if I remember the title Reborn as Gangster.

Yeah just because it has a male and female mains it should be romance does it, bfr not anything revolves around romance, specially given that the aspect of this show is about family, Im not against romance in this series if it's your cup of tea then good for you. Again I'm not against the romance specially if the material or parent series originally have the romance aspect.

It would be much better if it didn't have romance, its pretty common to have romance, given that it's a korean show.

To be fr, this show us lacking...BUT I still see a way to enjoy it, mainly because of the cast and of course the 2 mom's.

Literally I waited for this series since the trailer and now I'm more afraid to watch this like its been 2 years now since its released...like if I watched this, my entirety will be pulled and I'm not going able to go back.

Fr tho same for me, but I havent watched this tho, before the release of this show when I tell you I literally waited to finish this before binge watching but for some reason I forgot this because of school and when I saw him on COL for some reason I recognised him and now I remember where'd I see him lol.

This drama actually portrays different attitudes of each relationship. I think it's not really about comparing your relationship and other dramas but I get your point. To me seeing different relationship and how they interact and communicate with each other is a great and loving way to appreciate this things that we called love.

I really appreciate you for liking this drama because even the way you describe this is the same as mine.

For someone that is new here reading all the negative comments I think you should watch it and see it for yourself, make sure to watch it completely and not skip any parts because all of it is important. If you tried it and you don't like it then it's fine. Just give it a shot if you're interested

Actually you'd be surprised on how realistic it is in japan, like legit I know someone who experience something like this, but of course he's also gay hahahahaha. I'll doubt it if it was straight relationship because it's completely different between the two in japan.

True to thatt like what was the reason they become villains?? so much romance can take away the drama itself. But I guess like the op said, many people didn't watch this kind of stuff because of lack in romance.
