Could someone explain the point of the ML seeing his father in his dreams? (for example sitting there fishing)

I thought the medical stuff was very well done, but the romance buildup was laughable (ML chases FL first, then nothing happens, then suddenly they are in love), the comedy didn't work, the characters were boring, and the ending was the usual "five minutes budget" thing.

While she's listed as SFL, she is more of an irrelevant side character in terms of screen time and story impact.

Well, the post-credits scene does very much imply so?

You did not watch all the way to the end. There is a (not exactly satisfying) post-credits scene.

I checked now with a French IP and also don't see the message, but that doesn't mean NF can't remove it in a week and half. We'll see I suppose.

With his friendly naïve face, Woo Do Hwan channels Lee Je Hoon for me (which isn't a complaint or anything!), especially in the first episodes, when he's all smiles and super polite. Especially the looks he gives his co-star, I guess?

Besides a few minor complaints that would be spoilers, the action sequences are very very good.

Tonally inconsistent (in the Vincenzo way) and the script relies on a lot of zero-IQ stuff to add, well, extra melodrama?

The last third veers a bit far into nonsense, especially the outcome – to a large degree presumably due to the FL actress being nuked from Korean society. Sad.

Well episode 6 is likely due to the FL actress being cancelled, so maybe the writing team figured the character directly related to her should get canned as well. It was pretty disrespectful for them to die like that.

Dumb nonsense:
- the 'kids' being sent to fetch the money themselves while the head knife champ just chilled on a couch doing (he was declared "busy" but was visibly unoccupied the whole time)
- in ep 6, after declaring it was important to stay together, everybody splits up separately to get killed off on their lonesome

Perhaps all the ep6 deaths were needed because the FL actress got kicked out of K-society, since they were all related to her?
It felt like ridiculous fan-service that it went from that straight to them having a basically-naked workout session.

It's worth it, but the last third could have been much better. Since the lead actress had to be kicked out, that's a bunch of forced rewrites and stuff.

It has small amount of, uh, torture.

Innocent and audience-beloved characters are killed off, yes.

The actress was canceled and thus did not reappear.
The gold bars at the end are primarily "her property" since they were stolen from her (adoptive) grandfather.

Streaming services have to keep paying licensing fees for all the shows they offer (besides the ones they outright own). That's why there is a rotation of sorts: shows are removed sometimes, and they might get re-added later on.

For example Flower of Evil left many Netflix countries at some point, and came back in Sept 2022.
On the other hand Chicago Typewriter and many other tvN shows did not come back.
Reply 1988 came back quickly after its removal, while the other Reply are not on Netflix at the moment.

The same goes for Viki and everybody else!

There are a lot of fillery plotlines and the whole ending is just very flat and uninspired.
