He was supposed to have a drama comeback when he came back from the military but he was accused of sexually assaulting someone, so that scandal forced him to drop out. This was quite recent only around a few months ago but i think he'll comeback sooner or later lol

i've never watched those other shows, but trust me defendant is really good. very suspenseful, full of action&thriller elements, it can feel kinda draggy but the plot is well executed in my opinion. definitely give it a shot!

i hate him so much. him & cha min ho are trash and deserve to rot in jail. justice better be served at the end of this drama T_T

Omg Tae soo's character is so frustrating. Why the heck didn't he untie the rope off the railing so the police officer wouldn't see it? Im glad the guys escaped though, the whole thing gave me anxiety :D
