I love my toxic BLs with all the non-con sex. But the love scene in episode eight was phenomenal. Sensual, touching, sexy, soft, loving, real. It was really good to see realistic loving love scene. Actors did an amazing job. ❤️
I love this. Bank is so good playing this cray cray Ing. Toxic, obsessed, selfish, doesn't give a fck. And I love how Yok is being pushed to the limits. Love this author. She is my favorite. Havent read this novel yet but Sissy is one of my favs and that is so toxic and heartbreaking. But Im all in for it.
Okay, maybe slightly controversial, but I feel slightly disappointed with these two episodes. The preview at the end of episode four was misleading. It's implied there was going to be some kind of relationship with the main leads when actually it was Lee Hyeon Jae fantasy.
The big mistake I see writers make is they have external struggles. We had the first bully then we had the loan shark guy. It would've been much more interesting if we just had an internal struggle instead. That we saw each main lead battle their internal desire, wish to doing the right thing, the true self, their true feelings etc. That is much more interesting. And I think it's what most of us want.
It's fascinating to see someone struggle with themselves. Struggle with their own feelings. Because as a viewer, we feel it ourselves. We understand being pulled in different directions. If they wanted to have so much external stuff, it really needed more time rather than trying to cram everything into short episodes.
I really just want time with the main leads. The side stories feel like it's stealing precious time away from the main leads.
I hope we get to see these two actors do more work together. I hope we get a season two of this as well.
But all in all, I'm loving this drama. I'm loving tention. I'm loving the acting. The main two leads are incredible. With all their micro expressions. And the way they both convey pain and darkness. I'm loving the directing and the overall oppressive feel of this drama.
It's gonna be another long wait till next Wednesday.
Absolutely loving Fool in Love right now!
And some on your list I havent seen.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
