Atom really got me for a sec during his chitchat with Ryu at the hospital. I was like- "oh did he finally realize that Ryu isn't as bad as he looks like and that if Zen wants to be with him then that's okay as long as Ryu looks after him"
It made me forget about the "you owe me a movie date" thing, which was so uncalled for since Zen never agreed to go to the movies with him in the first place but y'know what? I let it slide because grandma was sick and she needed surgery asap.
I mean- the dude knows that he doesn't stand a chance but he keeps pushing and pushing just because he hasn't heard from Zen's mouth that he has feelings for Ryu. And I know Zen's at fault there because he's aware of how Atom feels about him, but dude has seen the way Zen looks at Ryu, how the way he treats/behaves around Ryu is different at how he does it when it's him so does Zen really need to be vocal about it for him to stop ??
But anyways, after that little talk with Ryu I really thought he was done persuing Zen and that he was willing to be a "good friend" as long as he got to keep Zen by his side but the little bitch did nothing but stab me in the back 2 mins later. And you'd say "oh but he's just trying to help Zen since he knows how much that scholarship means to him" sure ??? but has he ever wonder if Zen would be okay with it? no, because he didn't bother to ask!
No matter how you look at it, this is just one last desperate act to isolate Zen from Ryu as if keeping them apart would change the way Zen feels about Ryu. Maybe he needs to see them fuck to get the memo ๐๐
no, she's not ??? she's too self-centered and has no respect when it comes to other people's boundaries. idc if her intentions are good, the way she handles things is not right and she deserves to be called out for that.
It's sad how much I've been looking forward to this series as I've been following NetJames for quite some time, but the show isn't doing it for me. the chemistry is there, but it's not enough to keep me hooked on the plot3
I feel like some scenes that were cut in order to summarize the series should've been there. I've watched the show many times so I found the editing a little weird but I do think the movie pace was quite nice!
I adore paper and tongfah so I was happy I got to see them again even if there's nothing new in the movie, except for minus details during certain scenes.
was it ever mentioned that this is a novel adaption? I don't remember mflowent (the producers of this series) saying such thing when it was announced hmm
they really missed the chance to connect this series to their previous work considering it was done by the same team and half of the cast took part on both shows ๐ a cameo or two would've been nice imo!
This is true. I keep hoping that Plengrak's gentle kindness is a carefully manufactured facade hiding a psychopath…
I'm sure there was that kind of scene in the teasers/trailer they released before this nonsense started airing.
at the time they announced the main cp, I didn't have high expectations about the show. mflowent has a tendency to go with couples who feel fresh and new, but the cp they decided to go with this time doesn't convince me :/
I feel sorry for the actors because they are trying their best but even they can't stop this show from going downhill pretty fast.-
I feel like an idiot here. I just realized in episode 3 the Jeno & Near are actually 2 different people. SO putting…
uhh idk if this would make things clear for you but no, the person Chris has been riding home was Jeno all along. they met when they were young ?) and he apparently took him home back then (I'm not quite sure about this since the series was pretty vague regarding this matter). I think Chris was referring to that time when talking to Paper and Tongfah about Jeno not recognizing him. also Chris and Near had no proper interaction, except for that scene in the finale. guess that's all. If there's something else you do not understand, feel free to ask me! โค๏ธ
