Past seasons had been like this as well except for S1 & S2 these still remains as the GEM. After that, SI deviated to focus more on "DRAMA" rather than COUPLE which is quite ironic since this is a dating show. This one started out well but yeah I agree they be pushing the whole Mina Sue and love triangles way too far.

They make a perfect match 😂 I was laughing hard with how quickly he swooned all over Mina Sue's feet again 🤦‍♀️

Not gonna lie, Jaejin caught me off guard during that photoshoot 😭 he was dangerously fine for a second. Their chemistry was really good too, which is such a shame since there’s no romantic interest there.

I feel like something big is definitely coming for them. That Min Gee frustrated scene in the trailer has been living rent-free in my head. If he really does like Mina Sue more right now, I seriously hope he comes to his senses by the end and realizes he’s way better suited with Min Gee.

Honest confession: I actually liked Mina Sue at first. I even agreed with the panel when they said she was graceful and looks-wise, she really did come off as the most natural type of beauty (not saying the others aren’t beautiful, of course). I also thought she had an easygoing vibe, and I liked how she was befriending Sunghun. Early on, she felt warm and approachable.

But as the show went on… yeah, I realized this wasn’t “evil editing.” She’s kind of fumbling things all on her own. The moment she forgot the guys’ names and then picked the same guy as Min Gee—who was already clearly picked, felt really off to me. I get that people can blank under pressure, but that scene felt lowkey disrespectful. It wasn’t even their first day together, and she’d already spent time talking to Sunghun.

And then things just got worse. It honestly felt like she dropped the nice-girl mask and went full mean-girl mode. The eye roll alone??? I lost it 😭 What annoyed me even more was how she suddenly started going after every guy. Exploring options is fine, but doing instant switch-ups, right in front of the men who she led on and the girls she knew liked those men just didn’t sit right with me.

At that point, she really started giving pick-me / attention-seeking vibes. I also can’t help but feel like she has some kind of inferiority complex, especially with how she seems to target Min Gee for no clear reason.

I’ve seen people say she’s the female version of Gwanhee, but honestly? I don’t agree. She feels worse to me because she doesn’t seem to care about the guys’ feelings at all, or even acknowledge them properly. And what makes it more frustrating is that she’s getting so much screen time when her personality just isn’t that interesting.

At this point, I’m probably watching the next episodes on 2x speed whenever she comes on 😭 please give more screen time to the other participants. I’m way more invested in them anyway.

I really need Su Been to wake up already and give Hee Sun a real chance 😩 I can totally see the potential there, but he’s way too hung up on Mina Sue, who is honestly giving such pick-me energy. It’s frustrating to watch when there’s clearly something better right in front of him.

And Hyun Jae… don’t even get me started 😭 I SO wanted to ship him with Joo Young, but it’s painfully obvious she’s not interested at all. I feel so bad for him because he genuinely seems like the sweetest guy among them, and he deserves so much better.

As for Hyeonwoo, i’m torn too 👀 I can see him working with both Go Eun and Min Gee, and I honestly don’t know which one I want more. This season has me emotionally conflicted and fully invested 😭💔

OMG I KNOW 😩 his intro was something else. I really thought he’d be the most popular too, but they’re barely giving him any screen time—and the judges hardly even mention his name??? Criminal behavior, honestly.

And don’t even get me started on the whole Mina Sue situation with the guys 😵‍💫 I’m so over it. I’m way more interested in the other contestants at this point. I lowkey think the reason Hyunjae is so underrated is because he doesn’t lead girls on. He doesn’t give mixed signals or unnecessary attention—like yes, Joo Young is lucky, but she’ll probably never realize it because our boy never stood a chance from the get-go 😭

I really wish he’d try getting to know other girls, Hee Sun, Yerin, or even the new girl next episode but knowing him, he’ll probably stay stuck chasing someone who clearly isn’t into him and it hurts to watch 💔

And yes, I agree! he’s definitely introverted, but that honestly makes him even more charming to me. There’s something about the way he speaks and carries himself, but with his lack of screen time, we can’t even fully see who he really is. SUCH a disadvantage 😤

That said, this season is seriously standing out and reviving Singles Inferno all over again. I just hope they don’t mess it up till the end because this has the potential to be my favorite season ever. I love how so many contestants are actually interesting this time, it just hits different 🔥

I think I learned this the hard way from the previous season… Theo x Sian traumatized me so bad, I refuse to get attached too early 😭💀 That ship SANK. And honestly, apart from the editing, Seungil literally admitted he’s also interested in Mina Sue—and the fact that he was disappointed he didn’t get a chocolate from her?? That definitely says something. Plus, the teaser for next episode with them talking?? Yeah… my trust issues are kicking in.

I know he likes Min Gee too, but lowkey I feel like he might like Mina Sue a bit more?? And I genuinely don’t get why so many guys are into her. Yes, she’s a natural beauty, I’ll give her that—but her personality is giving major ick for me 😬

BUT fr, I love Seungil and Min Gee’s banter so much 😩 they’re so comfortable and on the same wavelength. The whole “friendship first” kind of love is exactly what they both want, and they fit that so well. Still… I don’t trust Seungil fully yet 😭 I feel like we still have storms ahead and he could fumble at the very last minute.

All caught up with this season 🔥 I literally told myself I was done with this show, yet here I am crawling back 🤦‍♀️ It might be too early to say, but I’m lowkey enjoying this season way more than I expected. The casting is so good—yes, everyone’s drop-dead gorgeous, but Hyunjae is honestly the most handsome guy to ever appear on Singles Inferno and he’s criminally underrated 😩

The photoshoot was such a nice addition too!!! it really elevated the whole episode. And Go Eun? She absolutely slayed.

As for the girls, I have way too many favorites, but my top three right now are definitely Mingee, Go Eun, and Joo Young. I’m not ready to hop on the Seungil x Mingee ship just yet though i’d rather see Seungil explore a bit and figure things out on his own than lock onto Mingee early and pull a last-minute switch 👀

My most anticipated supposed "romcom" but I felt the trailer misled me. The pairing was gorgeous and all but the story felt lacking especially their romance. I don't know this just simply didn't live up to my expectations.
