her acting in the first few eps alrdy impressed me, but let me warn you the first few eps of this drama might be too heavy and triggering as it deals with pretty heavy and traumatic stuff so just prepare yourself 😊
On my way to watch eps 8 and this show really has knack for making me cry 😭, whenever wen yifan's past scenes come up, i always feel a pain in my chest seeing how she suffered a lot. I also noticed sangyan clothings went from bright colors in the past to now full of darkness ever since him and wen yifan seperated, its like he became devoid of light in his life 🥺💔

Don't mind them they are too closed minded and never bothered to understand her anyway. I didn't read the novel but by watching 4 eps I could see her strength, she is nothing like a damsel in distress, naive/weak at all!
