As a fan of the manga and the JP drama, I have high hopes for this series. With ep 1, I can say I'm super excited. Having the return of TayxNew is also such a blessing!!

I didn't watch the Korean adaptation as, frankly, It just didn't seem interesting based on the few clips I saw. However, I love Baifern and having Win as the ML makes for an interesting pair. I will definitely give this a try!

@awesomeful real men don't have an issue playing a gay character? that doesn't make sense. if he is truly gay but ended up feeling uncomfortable about playing a gay character, weather it be because his own personal or public conflicts, that's okay.
if he's straight and then felt uncomfortable with the part and the fan service, then that's okay too.
Not everything is for everyone. He at least gave it a try and did the part well. If this experience made him realize that he isn't comfortable taking part in these type of parts/ dramas, then that's totally fine. it doesn't automatically mean he's being homophobic or that he's "not a real man"..
