lol, i don't get the hype. both leads are very lacking in acting, the story is very shallow and single layered.
I think it is mainly due to the storyline not being too over-the-top with so many complicated drama between the characters making it a refreshing series for many to watch and binge on.

The director or author is supposedly the same for both dramas! However, I would say the plots between ALSB and Put your head on my shoulder are unique enough to be called different.

A love so beautiful (similar storyline). Love o2o (similar as in the ML sincerely cares for the FL and the storyline is also taken place during the college days). When we were young 2018 (innocent high school days drama). My huckleberry friends (storyline revolves around the innocent high school days). All of these dramas have been completed; hope this helps!

Welcome to the cdrama community! A love so beautiful is another drama where the storyline is quite similar to this one (heard it was written by the same author too). Love o2o is another college-life romance drama that I enjoyed. If you are looking into more innocent youth/school life, I recommend "When we were young 2018" and "My huckleberry friends"!
