this is a wuxia drama. meaning no magic. their "superpower strength" comes from practicing martial arts for many years.

and my complaints are how sidelined bai fenxi feels around ep 12-23 for like 8-10 episodes she felt like a side character when they started the yongzhou politics part.

Bai Feng Xi is the definition when I say I wanna watch a show with a strong female lead don’t need no man strong, independent, her character in this series was 10/10

Zhao Lusi's acting is superb a Top C-actress indeed!

This is my favorite couple from all the dramas. I love how they support each other and how independent and wonderful they both are! The story isn't anything special, but the characters carry it. 😭😭😭😭♥️♥️♥️

I Am Planning To Rewatch It After 10 October I Want To Forget The Memory Of This Drama And Watched It Like First Time

Attempted to watch this because it's so famous and highly recommended, but I had to drop after several episodes. This is definitely one of those show that's only good during their time. Or if you're feeling nostalgic.

yup. i do feel nostalgic whenever ppl talk about eternal love coz this is the very drama that sucked me into c-drama land years ago.
