More Than Just a GL Series "Real, Honest, and Heartfelt"
Regardless of what everyone says about this show, this series will still be my top pick for this year. It’s not just your typical GL series, because honestly, it’s really hard to find something like this with normal characters, normal jobs, and real day to day issues you can actually relate to.It’s not that I don’t enjoy those rich, toxic, love-hate GL series, but as time goes by, I find myself craving something I can truly connect with. And this series gives me exactly that, the right amount of representation and a reminder of how truly important communication is in every relationship.
This was a good starting point as we head into Girl Rules next and I just know that one’s going to be messy.
This is just my opinion, but I’m really happy that so many people can see what this show is trying to show us.
