Rika's cry and laughter at the end seems very real.. maybe the wrap up effect.. Now that I completed it, don't know if I should bother to watch the Taiwanese and Korean version.. my bias always end up with Japanese remakes

well it's clearly not light... they used satire and manipulative characters as tags imply... what you are going to feel is quite intense but I think the story is understandable in most parts... why don't you give it a try? :)
