I actually think it makes a lot of sense that Bahiyyih is 2nd. She has a very large international fanbase even though she's not as big as some of the other contestants in Korea. She's also one of the few contestants who is either someone's most favorite or least favorite. So the voting system in the last round was a big advantage to her. Her fans had no reason to vote for other contestants. On the other hand, the same voting system in the last round became a disadvantage for Xiaoting. I guess a lot of Xiaoting's previous votes came from the fact that people were forced to choose someone in the C-group.
