yeah you're right, i guess the viewers were so stuck on the whole Toh being a stalker thing (it wasn't even stalking imo, obsession maybe) that they couldn't understand/accept Nuea's reaction.

that's exactly what i wanted to say,,,i just couldn't brain enough. I guess it was too much for people to accept that someone like Nuea, -who is smart, handsome, a jock of sorts, one of the most famous guys in the university- was so much in love with someone like Toh, who is usually the person in the sidelines, and has no "main character qualities". Maybe that's why his reaction had so many negative views. Because the more i think about it, the more i realise that i would actually find something like this to be sweet. Sure, it would be a little creepy initially, but once i hear the reason why it was done, and the intentions behind it, i would probably accept it too.

i absolutely loved how this show was one of the only ones that was successful in bringing up and educating people on various real life situations (homophobia, bullying, TRANSPHOBIA, body dysmorphia etc.) all the while being entertaining and non-toxic and inoffensive. props to the makers🙌🏻

i see so many people complaining about how they handled the toh's secret collection thingy, but i personally loved it. it wasn't extremely realistic, but i think the way the characters and their personalities are, it was more than accurate how they reacted to it. the makers definitely knew that the whole ,,stalking,, thing wasn't the healthiest and they made sure to get the point across while also maintaining the mood/theme of the show? of course any sane person in this world would be worried, creeped out even to see their lover (or any person for that matter) keep all those 'momentos' because they're in love with them. but the way Nuea reacted to it, was very Nuea of him (does that even make sense?😭) I would have been a lot more worried to see him flip out after seeing that because that's just not what his character is like. he is just as insecure about losing Toh, as Toh is. Maybe that's what made him understand Toh better and take it in a positive way. Not to mention the fact that the makers need to make sure that the viewers are satisfied. they wouldn't want people being unhappy with the series because of such things. at least that is what i think. So i guess although Nuea's reaction to the whole thing wasn't realistic, it was still a good way to make sure that the viewers know what Toh did was wrong. they mentioned it time and again how wrong his behaviour was. we also saw how he tried to make himself better and stop collecting stuff. Keeping in mind that you can't change yourself overnight, do a complete 180, i think the way it was handled was a lot better to take in and understand while also being easy to watch.
