Episode 12 was a major improvement, if they keep up the pace to the end it might save the entire season.

Such a let down, ep 10 and I still don't feel the plot. The only thing holding this together is the acting of some of the supporting characters. Tempted to drop it but really want to know what happened in Derek's childhood.

I haven't been this mad at the grownups in kids' lives in a while. I mean seriously, what is wrong with their parents???!

This is not my first rewatch, nor my last. It is a work of art! A masterpiece! Captivating, hilarious, suspenseful, heartbreaking. Oh, and the acting: the Emperor of Qing - so majestic, the 2nd prince - cunning and captivating, Fan Si Zhe - his energy and innocence, Wang Qi Nian, Duo Duo... I know I'm gushing but what can I say - impressed much. Bellissimo!!

I'm having trouble getting into this drama... there's just something about it, but i can't quite put my finger on it

Thought I was the only one... she's so annoying. If I were the director I'd release one with the romance scenes cut out. I don't like the roles they give female leads, so much lost potential.

Whoever choreographed Long Yao's fight scenes is a legend - I'm impressed, and I don't impress easy.

When when when? That ending is killing me slowly..
