I just finished Bloody Heart and the subtitle just read "concubine" at first and then at the end of the drama the King told his beloved Queen that the bish concubine would be given the title of "noble lady 1st junior rank". He never bedded this damn concubine, so I was hoping since he said "noble lady" she'd leave the palace for good, but I guess not 🙄🙄
