I’m only 3 eps in but this is crazy! I’ve seen a couple YYS dramas before so I knew he’s a good actor. But forget good, he’s on a different level. The only other time psychos were played so well that I actually felt creeped out as a viewer were the actors in strangers from hell.
I want to know how getting this deeply into a character, especially a “bad” character affects the actors mentally
I’ve not finished ep 2 yet but the flashback to when sooho & hyunseo were dating in the past was sad. They were at 2 different points in their life. Sooho’s love for Hyunseo was nice but it seems overwhelming. When he said “I only need you”, it’s a cute line but very burdensome. I don’t think it’s healthy to rely on someone that much. I don’t know much but I think a relationship is healthier when it’s 2 people coming together rather than 2 people becoming 1
i just want some clarification, soondeok’s son is her gay BIL’s son, right? what happened to his real mum? was her suicide staged? and the bookstore guy likes the monk? also idk how I feel about crown prince w eldest daughter, it’s weird bc he’s still a child. even if he’s mature for his age bc of his position, at least let him go through puberty first
I’m normally not into saeguks so I’ll admit I did only start watching this bc of Rowoon. The first 2 eps weren’t interesting & I was considering dropping but ep 3 has picked up a bit
aw the patient with delusions who keeps calling daeun “a mediator” is such a cutie 🥰 in ep 4 it’s so cute how he’s helping clean the walls after the other patient’s accused daeun of stealing
wow only 1 ep in but I’m really enjoying this so far! I’m an student nurse but focussed on adult nursing so it’s interesting seeing the mental health side. and it’s fun trying to test myself w the meds they’ve mentioned to see if I remember what they’re for
Judging by your comment she really has no reason to kill her self but also remember that she's an 18 year old…
nah I don’t think you’re supporting her, it’s great you’re trying to get into the character’s shoes. it’s a fair point that she’s 18, I had some daft thoughts when I was a teenager too. but I still believe she’s got a lot of privilege, I think that’s what bothers me the most about her character. but like you’ve said, she’s a school kid, she’s not mature yet.
but I do think she could’ve denied being sekyung & enjoyed her trip in the past as someone else. it doesn’t matter if she’s identical, a lot of people look similar. if she denied it strongly enough then eungyeol would’ve believed it or would’ve at least left her alone in that moment
I dislike Eunyu atm. If she really wanted to die then she would do it. She wouldn’t go to all the extent of pretending to be Sekyung & trying to change the past to prevent her own existence 💀 It’s a bit frustrating seeing her mess everything up. Also she’s very privileged. She might have felt suffocated as a kid & she could’ve used this time travel trip as a break to have fun, but her life doesn’t seem bad enough to commit suicide. Idk, maybe I’m judging her too early but I hope her character changes. I want more focus on the Ha characters, I don’t really care or want to see much more of Eunyu (ik that’s unrealistic bc she’s a main character)
Am I missing something or does Eunyu's plan make no sense? Eunyu is pretending to be Sekyung to get Sekyung to…
I think she’ll start dating Yichan in her mother’s place but then her mother will take her own place back??? maybe to the point of marriage even? that’s what I’m assuming. and then sekyung won’t exist bc if they have a kid it’ll be someone else
I’m a bit lost w what’s going on w Kim jihoon. why’s he ghosted joomin? is he working w gaetal or against them? I barely remember what happened in ep 7, feels like months ago

I was thinking clones too like the other person commented. perhaps he was testing clones in different environments
the ending was perfect, there’s no need for s2
