Totally agree! The ending was needed. I feel like anything else just wouldn't do justice to the story and all the feelings we felt while watching it :)
Right? The storytelling, the acting, the scenery, the DEPTH in every single scene that was shot?? The warmth and longing gazes? Everything was so MEANINGFUL and the fact that this story is actually based off of history is just the cherry on top :)
awww you're so sweet!! I'm not one to get emotionally invested in a drama easily, but this one just REALLY has such a special place in my heart. Just like you, I have yet to move on. I always find myself rewatching the scenes and I realize that I remember every single line.. This page was SUCH bonus to the enjoyment of watching it on air, I got to come here and go crazy with people that were enjoying the ride as much as me. I feel like it was the first and last time I experienced something like that :)
Right? I have yet to find a drama that made me feel this way, I am not one to get so emotionally attached to a drama. One thing I really appreciated about it was that every San and Deokim scene just held so much meaning and detail. From the hands, to the stares, to the spoken & unspoken words, to the locations and symbolism; everything was beautiful..
Ahhhh you should've been there! It was honestly one of my best drama watching experiences. The chat was full of people thirsting over LJH (I am people), history threads and "when will they kiss?" comments lol
Definitely! This drama will always be my ult. I recently started rewatching it and realized I have not forgotten the lines TT Were you one of the lucky ones who watched it when it was airing?
How about you?
