The true culprit in the series was Tomobe Shinya (Ishigaki Yuma).
At the tower in a park, Shimanuki Nahoko (Hara Fumina) told to Tomobe that if he wants to aspire to become a doctor, but actually dropped from the college due to his father's company went bankrupt and asking about the culprit behind the killing of Takao, that time she was confused. Nahoko then asks Tomobe to tell the truth about the killings, but he claims it was speculation. Suddenly Saki appears and told to them that she has the evidence.
Shortly after Saki arrives, Tomobe then takes out the big knife pointing to her and Nahoko, and tells to them that he met Nahoko's sister, Chihiro at the hostess bar. After he saw Chihiro together with a old man, he feel betrayed. After several times approaches Chihiro about the relationship with a man, Takao, who see this, then punches Tomobe on his face. He told them that he felt his pride ruined by them. Then at the time, he ambushes Chihiro during the rain. Inside the car, Chihiro suddenly apologises, causing he stops the car. Unaccepted as Chihiro's repeated apologises, Tomobe said it's too late and he fatally stabs her to death. After she was dead, Tomobe hid her body inside his car trunk. Tomobe told to Saki that he didn't gave up after the serial killer that he ordered, was arrested earlier. He instead going forward by using temperature. During the rainy night, Tomobe fatally stabs Takao to death, then puts the body inside his car trunk. After the killings, he returned work. Few hours later, Tomobe left office by car and dumps Takao's body to the street. As Tomobe says his plan are completed and he is about to finish both Saki and Nahoko with the big knife he holds, Saki hits him with her bag. Then the attack begins.
Tomobe attacks both Saki and Nahoko by swinging the knife. As Saki and Nahoko are trying to escape, but Tomobe blocks them. When Tomobe trying to finish off Nahoko with the knife, Saki hits him with her bag, causing in turn he pushes Saki but because the stair slipped, both Saki and Tomobe fell to the stairs, making the knife dropped.
Unaccepted after the knife dropped due to fell, Tomobe trying to overwhelms Saki by strangling in order to silence her, then suddenly Kazuma and Motohiko arrives to stop him. In response, Tomobe swinging his knife to them, but Kazuma punches and handcuffs him, arresting him for murder. While being handcuffed, Tomobe screams and yelled to the Kazuma and Motohiko that these two people (reffering to Chihiro and Takao) are actually ruined his pride and he'll never forgive them. But Kazuma told to Tomobe that Chihiro is never coming back and he must responsible for the victim lives.

Saki and Kazuma arrives at Takahito's house and they search the incinerator in the garden. They found burnt headphones and a wrench. Takahito confronts them with Saki turned up his sleeve, the human tooth pattern remained clear. After the evidence was found, Takahito are trying to escape, but Kazuma quickly apprehends him and handcuffed, arresting him for murder.
After Takahito was arrested, suddenly Aizawa Sumie (Tokoshima Yoshiko) appears with a big suitcase, which is containing the bomb. She believed that Saki would surely find the culprit, and she followed him all the time. Yuichi, who quit the company and retreated to his room, has completely changed as a person and has become a dark man who is completely different. 5 years ago, Sumie found a bomb inside Yuichi's room. Sumie immediately tried to get him to turn himself in, but Yuichi refused. Instead, Yuichi's attacks Sumie with the knife but she snatches it by force, causing accidentally stabs him to death.
Because Yoshimi threatens Takahito that she knew that Manabu was acting on his order, he wanted to kill Sumie, saying that she would pay double the price, but Yoshimi also failed. Feeling betrayed, Takahito hits Yoshimi's head with the wrench, killing her.

Fun fact:
Tanaka Minoru initially will portray as Tanizaki Mitsugu. However because Tanaka passes away on April 2011, his role was replaced by Oura Ryuichi.

The true culprit in the series was Murase Kenta (Ohashi Tomokazu). The culprit behind the killing of Yukio and Jun was Igahata Takahiko (Tanaka Ken).
At the abandoned warehouse, after Saki found the female body, suddenly Takahiko shows up with his shotgun. He told to Saki that the body she refers to was his daughter, Shiori. Shiori was killed after being raped by Yukio and Jun. Takahiko shots Yukio while talking on the phone to show the responsibilty, he dranks the water. After Yukio killed, he stabs the nail to his body. Saki asks to Takahiko why he killed Jun, he says he killed him by strangling by wrench. Just as he killed, he stabs the body with sharp objects. His motive for killing Yukio and Jun was to revenge against his daughter's death. Takahiko then knocks out Saki by hitting her stomach by shotgun.
After Saki was held captive and woke up, she found her hand and feet was tied with duct tape, then rolls out to pick the flower vase and brokes it. She then picks the broken vase to releases her. At the same time, Takahiko drives in order to flee. Saki released then phones Kazuma. Then on her car, she calls her colleague.
Kenta was chased by Takahiko after a female friend spotted him. At the warehouse Takahiko yelled to Kenta after he spots him, he shoot him with shotgun. In turn, Kenta takes out the gun. Kazuma arrives, Kenta shoot Takahiko's arm, then attacks him and threaten to finish him off. Kenta is getting mad at Takahiko and yelled that he supposedly regretted it. Because he denied responsibility, Kenta fatally shot Takahiko, making him paralyzed. As Kazuma arrives, Kenta responded by shot at him, but he dodges. Kazuma chases Kenta, after being cornered, because the floor slipped, both Kazuma and Kenta fell from stairs.
As Kenta are about to pick the gun, Kazuma prevents him by stomps his hand. After Kazuma looks back what Mizumura says, he strangles Kenta with his wrist. Suddenly, Saki arrives to stop Kazuma from strangling Kenta, but he shoves off. Feeling unaccepted, Saki then yells as she told to Kazuma that Mizumura is actually doesn't want to kill Kenta and trying to convince him that he is a detective. After returning to himself and concedes, Kazuma finally stops strangling and handcuffs Kenta, arresting him for murder.
As paramedics took Takahiko to the ambulance, he told to Saki that Tsuda Reiko (Nakayama Shinobu) is regain conciousness and he regretted for killing Mizumura.
At the police station, the police paid the last respects to the slain detective. As both Saki and Kazuma are carrying Mizumura ashes, then Tamura Mari (Mochida Maki) arrives to say farewell to him. Later, they says farewell to Mizumura.

At the cliff, Saki is seeing Kitazaki Shizu (Kato Kazuko) when she was confronted by Motoshi. Motoshi told to Shizu that he accidentally killed Kitazaki Yuka when he trying to snatch the knife from her. After killing Yuka, he makes up her body, then puts her body to aquarium. Saki then confronts both Motoshi and Shizu. Motoshi is actually killed his employee, Akio by stabs him to death, and puts his body to the aquarium. In addition, Motoshi killed Nishiyama by stabbed at his back, after he threatens him with DNA certificate and newspaper articles. After Motoshi claimed he feels reborn after committed the murders, Shizu then takes out a knife from her bag, and try to stab Motoshi, but he resisted by punching her and the knife drops. Then the attacks begins.
Motoshi then picks the knife and pointed to Shizu and Saki. As he trying to stab them, Saki resisted by pushes him, then she and Shizu run away. As they both flee, he chases them. At the sea slope, Shizu falls after getting tired from running, while Motoshi caught Saki and try to stab her by the stolen knife, but suddenly Kazuma arrives to stop him. Motoshi resisted by trying to attack Kazuma by swinging the knife towards him. Kazuma grabs Motoshi by dropping the knife by force, and handcuffed him, arresting him for murder.

Feeling jealous, Masaya drove his car to hit Hiromi, as she running by her bicycle. When she was hit, she was saved by Mitsuru. Feeling unaccepted, he then killed Hiromi by strangling with the rope. As Mitsuru arrives, Masaya offers him a coffee, which is actually poisioned. He then died after drinking it. At night, he tooks the two bodies to the tree by the car, to hang them so he makes it as suicide. After Masaya hanged them both to the tree, he texting someone. Later, he killed Takashi by stabbing at him, and stoles his wallet as a revenge. Masaya then kidnaps Haruhiko by tied him to the chair. Masaya left him to die, then he then kidnaps Mariko for asking Haruhiko's whereabouts. After Masaya reveals everything, he asks Saki to hand over the handcuff, then suddenly, Shunsuke pushes him and trying to snatch the knife from him, but Masaya slashes his arm instead.
As the attack began, Saki is trying to knock down Masaya to make his knife dropped, but he got the knife and tries to stab her. As Kazuma arrives, Masaya tries to attack him by swinging his knife towards him. Kazuma pushes Masaya to the door, drops his knife, and handcuffs him to the door handle.

Feeling disturbed after someone throws baseball at him, Kazufumi kills Masahiko by punching his chest hardly, then he strangles Sakura with rope to death. Inside the car, Kazufumi forces Daisaku to hand over the extortion money after the killings. At that night, Kazufumi also killed Minoru while wearing mask and holding knife, he stabs him to death until he falls into the water. Later, Kazufumi ransacks his house and kills Daisaku by pouring his mouth with water. Kazufumi then asks Saki to hand over the key in order to escape, but she throws the key at him instead, making him falls and Kyoko released.
Kazufumi succeeds grabbing the knife and pointed his knife to Saki. When Kazufumi are trying to stab her, suddenly Kazuma arrives. Kazufumi tries to attack Kazuma by swinging his knife at him, as about to hits him, Kazuma nabbed him to drops the knife, and Kazufumi was handcuffed, arresting him for murder.

Saki confronts Tomoko after shopping at the convinence store. Saki wants to take a look inside Tomoko's shopping bag: a hand saw machine. Tomoko then fled, prompting Saki chases her until to the stadium. After Saki confronts Tomoko at the stadium grandstand, she told the fact to Saki: Tomoko actually kills Emi after she foils them in the hotel room, witnessed by her husband, Masuo. Tomoko killed Emi by hitting her head with a wine bottle, then she argued with Masuo. At the warehouse, Masuo was stabbed by Fuyue, witnessed by Tomoko. Later she finish off Masuo by stabbing at him by block.
After that, Tomoko takes out a broken wine bottle, and try to attack Saki. When Kazuma arrives, Tomoko is about to escape, but he immediately nabbed her. Tomoko told to Saki that her motive was she was revenge against the three because she was jealous as she was always failed after she read Emi's mail. She also forced to kill someone for Kojima Seiichi (Nakamura Hashinosuke), who was just died due to his illness. Saki told to Tomoko that she must responsible for the victims life. As a result, Tomoko was arrested.

Fun fact:
Muraki Mifuyu (Nanase Natsumi) is actually the mastermind behind the hanging of Majima Hitomi (Tashiro Risa) 23 years ago. She was hanged by her classmates who bullying her. Hitomi's dead body was put in the frozen coffin so the body remain intact.

In addition, he is actually killed his own clerk, Hanae, by hitting her head with a brick hardly. After she was dead, Noboru throws her body to the stairs by falling from it. Taeko then accuses Noboru for trying to frame her for killing Hanae at night, with a woman spots Hanae. After Noboru actually commit these murders and he is about to finish them off with a knife he holds, suddenly Saki throws a key at him. Then the attack begins.
Saki is trying to grab a knife from Noboru, but he succeeds grabs the knife, and he attempt to stab her. As Kazuma arrives, Noboru, feeling scared after he was cornered, tries to attack Kazuma by swinging his knife towards him. Kazuma pushes Noboru to car hood, drops his knife, and he handcuffs him, arresting him for murder.

The true culprit in the series was Matsunaga Takashi (Iida Kisuke).
At the waterfront, Takashi told to Saki that he actually killed Machiko after she bicycling by stabbing at her, while the stabbing was witnessed by Kento. As Takashi is debating with Kento about the Ryuzo's debt and Machiko's murder, he decided to silence Kento by stabbing him to death. After Kento was dead, Takashi stole his notebook. Takashi then strangles Saki by rope before being stopped by Kazuma, who is strong enough to apprehend him, even in weak condition. As Kazuma arrives, Takashi resisted by punching his stomach and Kazuma pinned at him. The police finally arrives and Takashi was arrested.

At the art room, Makoto killed Ikue by hitting a vase to her head, but when Noriko found her dead, he also covers her mouth. At the garage, Makoto removes the spare tire from behind Noriko's car. From the balcony, he killed Tomoko by dropping her from above after she threatens him earlier. After she was killed, the tire drops, making her body was crushed. Makoto later took Tomoko's dead body to the forest. He also killed Noriko's daughter, Misato, by drowning her to the river when she trying to took her hat 5 months ago. His motive for killing Misato was feeling jealous because she plagarises his work. At night, when Makoto attacks, Noriko fights them back by trying to grab the knife, and hit him by stick, but he slashes her hand, and they took her to the building hall. There, she was handcuffed by Makoto and asks Ruri to kill her. Ruri then stabs Noriko to death. After she was dead, Ruri decided to remove the traces by blowing up the building by a dynamite, then they leaves as the building exploded.
Suddenly, when Kazuma arrives as Saki hoisted the cane, which causes Makoto falls, he asks him to drop the knife. Kazuma revealed to them that Iijima Shinichi (Hasegawa Tomoharu) has confessed his crimes after he uncovers Makoto and Ruri's crime. According to Kazuma, before being killed, Ikue had already regained her memories under her deep psyche, and from this Shinichi knew the identity of Misato's murderer. On the park at that night, Shinichi became as the masked kidnapper to blackmail them. Makoto then orders Ruri to hand over the bag with 10 milion yen to Shinichi for "ransom". Makoto then caught Shinichi after knowing that he blackmailing them by pushing and snatching each other, but he able to fight and beat him down. When Kazuma caught them, Shinichi slashes Ruri's hand as he took the bag and ran away. On the next day, Shinichi surrenders himself to the police. After they both listening to Kazuma's fact, the attack begins.
Makoto and Ruri jointly attacks both Saki and Kazuma. Makoto attacks Kazuma by swinging his knife towards him, while Ruri attacks Saki by pushing each other with Saki's cane. Kazuma then breaks Makoto's hand by force, making his knife dropped and he was handcuffed, while Saki pushes Ruri hard to the tree by her cane and holding her. Afterwards, the police arrives and they both were arrested for murder.

When the dog keeps barking, he shouts to silence while trying to hit the dog. As Naoto is trying to hit Fujiko, Saki hits him with her bag, causing he instead attempted to hit her with the stick by shouting "Die!", but she dodges and when the dog barks at him, he yelled the dog to silence by throwing the stick. Then he pulls out the knife to try to stab Saki. After that, the dog hits Naoto as he is about to finish off Saki. When Naoto is about to finish the dog, suddenly Kazuma arrives. Naoto resisted by trying to attack Kazuma by swinging with a iron stick. Kazuma then dodges the attack, punches his stomach, and forcibly handcuffs him to the forklift. Then they found Yukari's burned diary as the dog hisses it.
During the interrogation, Naoto says Yukari is actually can't hold anymore and decided to end her life by drank the arsenic in front of him. Saki said the nail cutter is used to cut the Kana's nail after she was killed to remove the traces, pointing out that there are some nails with Noboru's skin tissue inside. After she looking Shingo's scar as a evidence for killing Kana and Noboru, the attack begins as Shingo grabs her.
Then police inspector Nakatani Azusa (Hoshino Mari) arrives in time by taxi. Shingo took Azusa hostage by knife, fortunately she fled, but he catches her while Saki are about to save her, Shingo asks Hitomi to prevent Saki to rescue Azusa, but Azusa hits him and released. Both Saki and Azusa are being chased by Shingo, as Saki are trying to snatch the knife from him, he slashes her arm with his knife. Saki then pushes Shingo to rack as Hitomi rushes to him. After that, both Saki and Azusa hiding, while Saki tells to Azusa why she became an police inspector and why seeking justice. Azusa said that she became the police only when she was child, her parents were murdered. Suddenly, Shingo then go up the stairs and catches Saki, she drops the knife from Shingo by hitting his hand, but because the stair slipped, they both fell from stairs.
After both Saki and Shingo fall from stairs, Hitomi then rushes to her husband before Azusa pushes and overpowers her in attempt to arrest her by rolling over. Shingo then overwhelms Saki by strangling her, as he tells to her that she should die and don't resist, but suddenly Kazuma arrives to stop him. Kazuma pushes him to the rack, when Shingo is about to resist, Kazuma punches his stomach and handcuffs him to the rack. Meanwhile Azusa rolls over Hitomi while trying to arrest her. Azusa then pushes Hitomi to the sinks and finally she able to handcuffs her for conspiracy to commit murder. She then salutes to Kazuma after their hard work. Both Hitomi and Shingo were arrested for murder.
During the interrogation, Hitomi and Shingo is confessed these murders, while she was additionally conspiring to murder with her husband. Hitomi's motive is Shingo was an idiot, because Kana wanted to marry with him, thus divorcing her. Shingo pushes Kana, then strangles her to death. After Kana was dead, Shingo and Hitomi took her body to a big box; they showered the body with water, wrapping the body in plastic, then throws it to the landfill. Hitomi told the police that she also admits for masterminding the murder of Noboru. Noboru asks both Shingo and Hitomi to kill female detective (referring to Azusa) if they didn't get caught (but actually Azusa survived the attack). Feeling unaccepted after learning Azusa survived the attack, Shingo decided to kill Noboru after receiving call by Hitomi, as she uses the altered voice. At the warehouse, Shingo pushes Noboru, then strangles him while pouring his mouth by bottle water. His motive was Noboru betrayed him as their plan to kill Azusa failed. Hitomi says she and Shingo commit the murder as couple, making Kazuma mad at her that she must responsible for the victim lives, but she instead blamed Kana for ruining her life. On flashback, Kana mocks Hitomi as men are simply crazy about the body of a middle-aged woman. After looking back what Kana says, Hitomi says she won't forgive that woman, only for trying to ruin the studio and her marriage that they built for 20 years. After Hitomi once again says that she never forgive her, she's crying.

The true culprit behind the killings of three women was Mitsuyasu Mutsuko (Miho Jun).
At the parking garage, Mutsuko meets Kitagami Masao (Oura Ryuichi), worrying about his arrest, he tooks her as hostage. Then, Munekata and Yoko asks him to release her, but he yells to them to get away. There Yoko found a clue. Mutsuko told to them that she was raped by prison guards while being detained in the Philippines. As a revenge, Mutsuko told to them that she actually stabbed Yuko, Itsuko while fleeing from the police raid and Tsubomi to death inside hotel room.
Suddenly Takashi appears to kill Kitagami as a revenge. While facing each other, Kitagami are about to stab Mutsuko. Then Munekata arrest him while securing Mutsuko. Takashi are about to shoot Kitagami, but he shots Yoko's arm instead. While paralyzed after being wounded, Munekata then shots Takashi, instantly killing him.

2. She kills her husband, Takeo in the hotel room after arguing because she want to get divorce. After that, she stabs him by a knife, then cuts his hair.
3. After Tsuneyuki asks her to leave him alone after he decides to break-up, she stabs him when trying to get into the car.
After that, Ai shows Takeo's hair to them and after Akemi's son corners her by the facts, Ai trying to stab Akemi, but she and her son are protected by Munekata, while Yoko grabs and drops Ai to the ground. Ai was handcuffed by Yoko, arresting her for murder.
