Hard to say. In my opinion it's not happy, but it could be worse. The drama is not bad and fresh. I don't regret watching it.

There is, but it's a "slight romance". Not very important for the plot. They hugged onec or twice. If you are mainly searching for romance, I recommend choosing something else.
