i don't know if i should watch it can somwone who watched it tell me if its good or bad??
I watched this a year and a half ago and I loved it. I thought it was great..well written and the leads had incredible chemistry. However, this is not everyone's cup of tea so you may not like it but I would still say try it. :)
Only on episode 8 at the moment, but wow.
It's so interesting already..I loved the moment when Dal Po went to kiss In Ha at the crosswalk and she blocked it yet he kissed her through her hand..that was seriously one of the most romantic yet "no-kiss" scene ever..and then finally the kiss. Damn, LJS. I love him so much, his eyes are so so expressive and that's one of my favourite things about him.
I'm not a fan of PSH but their chemistry together is unreal..it seems LJS worked his magic(the way he can have wonderful chemistry with both male/female co-stars), that snowy kiss was beautiful and such a great change from her usual deer in the headlights, limp kisses.
I feel like I'll become a fan of PSH before this is over and definitely a bigger fan of Jong Suk.
Ahh, exactly my thoughts. It's so different to other dramas, where relationships a lot of the time appear so fluffy and cute, this drama shows us a lot more than that.
I adore the mood of this drama too, The way it's filmed feels so intimate I think.
I'm glad you're enjoying it..at least you have a good few episodes to catch up on..It gets even better after episode 2~ That's what happened t me..I thought I should really finish the other dramas I'm watching before I start this one..but nope, I cracked.
Generally I would agree with you, most of the dramas I've watched that have gone up to 20 episodes have tended to fall off mid way but I'm excited about the 20 episodes for Valid Love because I really can't get enough and I don't want it to end so soon. I can understand you, I should have waited and done that, the waiting is terrible!
I really love this drama, how intense and painful it is, the music used, how it's directed..everything.
I'm on episode 8 at the moment and every episode is like being on a rollarcoaster, feeling excited seeing the chemistry between LSH & LSY and then the downward spiral when you come back to ground and realise the aching reality of the situation.
I think the actors are portraying their roles very well, especially LSH(aside from the fact that I adore this man) I really feel like his acting has greatly improved. The subtle emotions and intensity he brings to his scenes are just wonderful I think.
I haven't seen anything with LSY apart from Playful Kiss and nothing of UTW but I think they're great. This drama makes you feel bad for all the characters involved. ;-;
Stand out scenes for me -
LSY hyperventilating inside LSH's studio and using his hands to breathe into. Her tears in that scene..wow.
The kiss between the both of them at the car when Hee Tae was calling Kim Joon..so intense!
The crying scene in his studio when Kim Joon called Il Ri a slave and a puppet..
The scene where Soo yeong danced through the corridors of the hospital..that was just so beautiful and painfully sad.
I just love the overall mood of this drama, it's quiet but not dull.. the pace is quite slow but it really draws you in. I really don't like cheating but it's so hard to hate anybody in this drama.
I LOVED this movie. This was my first time seeing both the main actors but I thought they were amazing. There's just something about Japanese movies that make me smile and cry simultaneously.

I've only seen him in WYCFTS and Doctor Stranger but I'm definitely going to watch more of his projects.
