I agree, I did wish they perhaps explored that more unfolding Geu Ru feelings and if he reciprocates the feelings. I am guessing there will be S2 bc there are many things untold. Also curious about the mysterious girl ???

For me it's heartbreaking in a good way.
Like Sanggu finally found out the reason his brother couldn't come and take him. He had this anger built inside him thinking his brother abandoned him but then found out his brother looked for him and fulfilled his birthday wishes. That got me so emotional, bc he regretted not seeing his brother while he was in prison. Also his character development was pleasing, like how he cared for Geu Ru and his maturity ?
And the last episode when Geu Ru finally did the trauma cleaning for his dad ? I think for me them getting along with each other understanding one another and caring for one another really got me.
I hope he won't cheat on his wife! or else I'll drop this drama
Most likely he will, but I hope he doesn't and stays loyal from the temptation. I would be disappointed if he does like the cheating spouses is getting annoying now ? but I am having high hopes for this drama bc of the two female leads I've never watched a boring drama from them and the writer has potential so

I can't imagine being asked that the first meeting like dude ask me what's my name first ? and his acting isn't for me it's kinda like stiff. Or he takes on similar roles that requires him to act like that. Even in familiar wire his acting was awkward for me

Both Penthouse and Sky Castle didn't do well in the rating in first few episodes it was average but picked up ratings afterwards. I'm guessing this might be the same! But both leads are well known and famous for their acts and not one bad drama. It also like TWOTM all three are high rated and viewers dramas of their year ?
I am so looking forward to this drama giving the same vibes plus its on Netflix ! So I hope people if they have Netflix can watch it there

Its so beautiful and I love the meanings of the drama. It is important to show that you don't have to be biologically related to the child to care for them.
I'm a social worker and I work in the children field snd it see many times that birth mothers neglecting their children for their partners or for themselves and adoptive or Foster parents caring for the children. And the change in behaviour of the children.
Its important to also allow the child to choose their parent to. I have few cases and before I finalise everything I always ask the children for their opinion their decisions and what they would like. Sometimes they say they don't want to be fostered or adopted or by a specific couple. I still remember à case I worked in while a student and i always remember that case and reflect back onto that case
I also still can't believe this is Heo Yool first drama!! She is so talented at such young age.
