Yeah he found out during the party. He was recording everyone and saw his dad so went to record him but saw his dad And Dakyung together kissing and had it on camera. I guess he dropped the camera and didnt pick it up after. It was revealed in ep 4

Yep, he had a chose to end the marriage and start the relationship but didnt do it, i feel like at first he probably liked the excitement and the sneaking around but then probably did fall for her. However needs the social status from Sunwoo and the money. He is selfish. And tbh even if she was 'controlling' or didnt let him 'breath' or that he had to be careful and wear a 'mask' (said by Dakyung) and unhappy that does not give him the right to be doing that behind her back, if he was unhappy with all those things then he should have spoken to her about it beforehand because im sure Sunwoo would want to help and make her husband feel comfortable or so who wouldn't ? But he chose to cower himself and start the affair.
