Given how they said he has amnesia so how can he remember that name or give a reaction like he remembers. I have a feeling that he is faking his amnesia so that he doesn't get questioned. A coincidence how he came back after they dropped the case and left for the US when it happened. His family are rich so probably could fake his medical notes who knows.
