IMHO..it really helps to read MoDu first and immerse yourself in all of the nice details and interplay of the story, because this is a very clunky (sliced up) experience...I love seeing all of the actors though...sort of like seeing a beloved play backstage, just getting glimpses of the action when actors rush on and off past you. Different societies often look at the same actions and experience them differently. This is normal, but it shouldn't, next step , lead to bullying or insisting that one's viewpoint is the only one. Especially when it crashes into the level of censorship. If one's society view sees Bromance & another sees BL, this story is big enough to take it all in.

Ive watched eps 1-8 SO MANY TIMES..
Gave up on Eng subs months ago, now in comments some people are mentioning eng subs. I think the WOOWOO releases are only Japanese..?? What is the Polish site? Are the translations just MTL and incomprehensible?
Also... is it possible that the original filmed version is hidden away in some
very secure locker and will eventually appear with perfect subtitles in all of our viewers languages..???

Speaking as an older, much older,person suffering from the horrible worse every day news around us, I really appreciated this over the top slapstick show. Do you think older actors are not convincing romantic partners? I do wonder if older actors with lots of face work may have a bit of reduced expressiveness??? It does look as though the direction and writing are incoherent.. but its interesting to see the different stories "why people divorce?". Story line is meaningful for a low birth rate country with many ,Im told, issues re respect for women and support for both members in the marriage unit..So, interesting & enjoyable.

Subtitles are generally getting much worse..its not just gender thing..they simply dont make any sense. I long for the old days of fan translations..those wonderful dedicated people. Now its all robotic MTL, and robots dont care about logic, subtlty or complex plots or interactions
