Can someone explain me why Haesoo's cousin married Wang wook? She was not rich, she couldn't have children and…
i'm pretty sure it's because her family was politically influential. remember in the flashback she was talking about how she wanted to help 8th prince even though she knew her feelings wouldn't be reciprocated?
i think the whole point of this remake is that it isn't exactly the same as the chinese version. the characters will act differently because they're based on different people. the main plot points may be the same, but the way they are handled and develop i expect to differ because it's not the same exposition. the original story is a classic, but i'm not expecting this one to be the same as the original. what i'm hoping for is that it can take the characters on their own journeys. so while i'm sure there will be comparisons to the chinese drama, i also hope that people will judge this piece on it's own merit and understand that the original story has been adapted to a separate setting and cast of characters which will likely take it in a new direction. that's part of the reason i was so excited for this to start. i wanted to see how it would diverge from the tale it's based upon, and what new adventures us viewers will be a part of! While I do love messed up characters, I belive the writer is taking things too far - too fast. What this drama…
While I understand why you might think that way, also consider that he knew Yeon Joo wouldn't die because he tried to kill her dad in the webtoon and he was fine. And think about what Kang Chul was put through. Not just the fact he found out his whole world is fake, but having his whole family die to make the story interesting, to give him a tragic backstory? Being falsely accused, put in jail, etc. for entertainment?! Honestly, i was pretty surprised he held back as long as he did. Seeing the previews for the next episode I'm pretty sure he has lost all of his will to live, as he is jumping off the bridge again. He doesn't really seem to have any psychopathic tendencies, it's just what happens when people are pushed to the edge. They jump.
this couple has such good chemistry and the relationship is so adorable, i've been acting like Su Ho whenever Bo Nui makes him happy. (i literally rolled around on my floor after watching ep 12)
If you're debating watching this because of how the synopsis here describes Bo Nui, try reading the one on viki. It gives a clearer picture of what's going on with her.
