which phone do you have. If you have iPhone go into your settings in your account and click on Payments& Shipping. Then there are like choices like ApplePay, Credit-and Debitcard, PayPal/ELV or Mobile phone bill. I selected PayPal then to Youku App and subscript to for VIP and it worked but I don’t see the express package yet
