I mean if that’s the rule, they should’ve done another modern story with the author falling in love with classmate or the actual main story of historical setting where she falls in love with female lead’s brother ugh! There was so much hype and I thought it was going to be different but no just disappointing

I think what u brought up is wuxia so it’s like a genre where it’s agreed upon having those traits, and this drama has a xuanhuan tag-meaning there is fantasy but with the martial art effects..

If anyone ACTUALLY knows a drama where they actually don’t disregard the world we see a viewer, feel free to lmk

Finished and I can’t help be disappointed by the once again abrupt ending with these kinda dramas. It’s always transmigrating to a different world but leaving that world just to come to reality at the end. I mean we go on a journey with the characters only for everything to be discarded at the end?? I mean even the demon queen’s battle was so short, and the long time of them climbing the stairs using everyone’s power just for him to throw himself off? …sure they summed it up as oh he wrote a whole revised book but I’m interested in the world I viewed as a watcher not a book I’ll never know the ending of 🙂
