I could totally relate to other viewers and reviewers of this drama. It has that nostalgic feeling into it. The story about past life is presented beautifully and the characters are really well written. The cinematography is one of a kind, one of the best so far. Other dramas would really have to step up since this become a standard. It really is at the high level, and it can't be compared. It is a whole new genre of historical. It will always stay in the hearts of those who have watched this. Beautiful. Worth it.

Set in the 1980's, this Korean drama was a breath of fresh air for me watching 2023 Korean Dramas launched at the same time. It was not so hyped up but I'm glad I saw this on some list in tiktok and got intrigued. This drama did take a long time for me to find subs since it is not that popular with the others, but I would it was worth the wait. The first episodes were really hilarious and fun. Male lead Si Wan delivered so well. My favorite character would be the female lead Sun Bin playing Black Widow, she is great. I think this drama really shows how the male lead grow into a man. I was a bit hoping for the antagonist to have a change of heart and attitude because of the backstory they have presented and I think it was a waste of potential but still I like the drama and how it turned out. The ending was a bit disappointing since I think it was rushed but I would say it is still a good end.

Usokon is one of the dramas in 2023 that I excitedly look forward to every week. I just watched a clip from tiktok and I was convinced to at least watch an episode. Since it is a japanese drama, I had my doubts at first but I think it's just so cute and especially the beginning is really great for me as a watcher. I don't know most of the actors as I barely watched japanese dramas but I like them, especially the female lead. I think she is so cute and she really is great in her role. The ending though was quite rushed in my opinion but I think that just how japanese dramas are done. Overall I like this drama.

Lee Jong Suk really knows how to pick roles. I watched this after The Crowned Clown and honestly I'm so glad I did. From heavy historical emotional drama to chill plus realizations about life drama, it balanced out my emotions. The first episodes of the drama were quite different somehow not that enticing in my point of view but as it goes on it keeps getting better. The one that got me hooked more with the drama is the appearance of the second male lead, I got really Second Male Lead Syndrome vibes with the drama. I also like how they make the story progressive in a gradual and neat way. Most of the characters are also endearing and nice to look at, each having their own unique roles.

Unlock My Boss (2022) – I don’t have high expectations in this drama because I thought its comedy technology related drama but I was so wrong, it’s a really good watch and I really like the family parts in the drama. I like the flow and pacing especially the first episodes. The characters are likeable overall for me and the acting is fine though the veteran actors are really exceptional compared to the leads which are much younger. I watched this for over a week with one episode per day, and I'm satisfied. I also like that the romance part is not highlighted as much. I will recommend this one.

Be Melodramatic/Melo is My Nature (2019) - having been a fan of this type of 'slice of life' genre dramas, I was really into it. Since more likely the ages of the characters is the same as mine, it is impactful to me. It feels like an older sister of Age of Youth drama. It radiates reality in me but with the addition of quirky and funny imperfect scenes. The characters in the drama are also cute and good, makes me want to be a part of them. Some of the life experiences that was featured in the drama I did go through which felt nice. I also like how each of the characters have a spotlight of their own, seeing how they dwell on their feelings deep inside. I cried and the lines of the drama have something that made you realize as a person.

Only Just Married (Japan) (2021) – I like the drama, and contract marriage is one of the tropes in dramas that I like so far as a watcher. Japanese dramas are short but has sense into it, I really like how the male lead and the female lead are portrayed. Its pacing is pretty much slow but good slow for me.

The female lead is my favorite character, she is cute and relatable in a way especially at the beginning of the drama. The male lead may be frustrating, but I think it is just what the story and his character is, and I get the character development of his character.

I would definitely recommend this especially to contract marriage tropes enthusiast like me.

I really enjoyed this drama. I was not really expecting from this drama since it was not so hype on social media but it was a good watch. Seeing Lee Young Ae again as the female lead, she did not disappoint. The whole process of finding what is happening around her is so good. The pacing and thrill, cinematography was well done. I was waiting every week for the release of this drama and stop at episode 10 because I was not yet ready to finish this as it is only 12 episodes. I like the progress of the storyline, it's really great. I would recommend this drama to those who like thriller dramas.

Bad Guys (2014) - I watched this like 1 episode per day because it so intense, my heart can’t seem to take it all but I remembered I watched the last 4 episodes in a day. I was so into the drama and I fell in love with every character. I was crying a lot in this drama, which is hilarious since it is an action drama. The actors are not even shedding tears and they just have to deliver their lines but i was crying like crazy over it. I am laughing at myself right now because I may look like an idiot at that time but this drama is just so worth it. I like the plot twist, since I can’t really tell who the culprit is (since I am not that smart in this matter). I like the ending too and hoping to see Season 2 soon.

It has the slice of life genre that I like. It's pretty slow and maybe boring to some, but it is what it is, it talks about the life of a korean employee. It has the vibes of one episode per learning, but I didn't know if I did really learned from the drama.

The actors were familiar, most of the leads I already know of as I have seen them in other dramas. Their acting were just fine, they did deliver. The one thing that did not really convinced me is that I was not really into the food presented though it was a food drama. I was not tempted with it so I guess it was not effectively conveyed to me as a watcher.

I felt 50-50 with the drama, it's not bad but it's not good either.

It's not as bad as what others seem to project based on my preferences

I stayed away from the drama because of the first cover photo but I did start watching the drama about 4 or 6 episodes already out. The story is pretty good in my opinion. It has the fantasy genre but I liked it more than I thought I would because I already had quite low expectations to the drama in the first place. I really felt the emotions, and the love between the leads.

The actors and actresses in the drama are great. I love them all, my favorite would be Pyo Ye Jin as Young Hwa the female lead. She is really great and she delivered her role so well. Kim Young Dae on the other hand, is quite familiar or I guess he always chose the same roles but it's fine with me.

I did understand the ending, so I liked it but I was hoping for something different but I'm fine with it. I did cry in the last episode. My journey watching this drama ongoing is great.

I think this drama is a cute storyline with a nice cast. I don't know with the acting part but I did like them. I just don't like that it is just 4 episodes though they really used up the time to show the whole storyline. It is quite childish but that is just what it is.

The male lead's character is not the usual for me since he is the guy, a new refreshing concept. I don't know anything about shogi but it feels like chess game and it did incorporate in the drama.
Sanae's character is also one of a kind. I like her. I thought they would have a love triangle going on but they did not pursue that which is good for me.
Overall an okay drama to pass the time.
