It's really hard to say, they drop so many titles, without promo like you said, but so far this year, many titles "annouced" like that, dropped at the end. And especially cable channels, doesn't promote much so...will see.. 问心 was also annouced for the third time this year, lol..there times, being a charm? XD
In theory yes, but let's be real. It doesn't work that way everyday. Anyway some of the dramas started to air, but very lowkey, so we have some light in the tunnel.
