Nope it's always set earlier, by me. And from sources , drama is set so far only for Friday , Sat 21:00, not sure how many eps tho per day, but from what they wrote, 8 ep per week, so probably 4/4. And Hunan is the same, but they only add on their prime time, max 1-2 eps. So yes, finishing date is little artifical , but will be corrected, but don't imply someone add bogus for points, because it's official info (days, hour), which need to be clarified, because of Vips slots, which ain't disclosed yet, and would be tomorrow.
